Welcome to ICT Text. By purchasing any product or service from ICT Text, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

This policy applies to all digital products, online courses, and physical books sold through our website.

1. Digital Products (PDF / Notes / E-books)

Digital products including PDF files, notes, e-books, templates, and downloadable materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed successfully.

Because digital products can be downloaded or copied instantly, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Lack of compatibility
  • Failure to read product details before purchase
  • Partial usage of the product

However, if you face any technical issue such as:

  • Broken download link
  • Corrupted file
  • Wrong file delivered

Please contact us within 3 days of purchase. Our support team will assist you and provide the correct file or access.

2. Online Courses

All online course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Since course materials, videos, and resources become accessible immediately after enrollment, refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incomplete participation
  • Personal schedule issues
  • Lack of understanding due to insufficient effort
  • Failure to review course information before purchase

If you experience:

  • Payment issues
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical problems preventing course access

Please contact us within 3 days of purchase for support and verification.

ICT Text reserves the right to suspend or terminate course access if any fraudulent activity, account sharing, or misuse is detected.

3. Physical Books (Hard Copy)

We provide home delivery services across Bangladesh for physical books.

Eligible Return/Replacement Cases:
You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong book
  • The product has missing pages or printing defects

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order details and clear images/videos of the issue

After verification, we may arrange:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Non-Returnable Situations for Physical Products

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color/design variation
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refusal to receive the parcel during delivery

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or an alternative agreed method.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Payment gateway
  • Bank/mobile financial service
  • Verification process

6. Order Cancellation

Orders for physical products may be canceled before shipment.

Orders for digital products or online courses cannot be canceled once access/download has been provided.
